Description

Standard gas dampers developed for applications with limited space. This advantage results from the inverted mode of operation compared to standard gas dampers. The piston of the inverted damper is designed to be in the natural position, i.e. in the tube, when no load is applied to it.

Depending on the mounting position, they can be used to open and close flaps, windows and other applications. They can also serve as clamping mechanisms in machines and other industrial applications;

Operating principles; In contrast to standard gas dampers, gas tension springs work according to a different principle. While a standard gas damper tends to remain in the open position, gas tension springs are designed to remain in the closed position as a natural position. This property is due to a special internal construction and assembly that creates a high internal pressure that holds the piston in the tube.
