1. This shipping and return policy is in addition to and does not affect your consumer rights.

2. If the customer is not satisfied and would like to exchange the product ,we are glad to exchange or refund undamaged or unused packet in good condition within 30 days of purchase time.

3. Customers need to specify the reason for return or Exchange or return and send the packet back to us. If in case a different Length of Gas springs or items are required in order to save your precious time u can reorder the desired product.T his would help u to save your time and can except faster delivery.

 

4. When the customer returns the item ,we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you have selected.As soon as we have received the return shipment , we will resend the Gas springs you requested.

5. Please include a clearly visible note in the package stating the version you want.

6. Pack the shipment securely and return the package to the address below. We would like to point out that no registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt is required, as acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
