Gas Springs Pressure Configuration

To achieve the length required for your project, you can configure the gas spring with end fittings of different axle lengths.

For example, the distance between the mounting points is 796 mm and ball sockets have been selected as end fittings. The axle length of the ball socket is 18 mm. In this case, a gas spring with a length of 760 mm is selected, resulting in a total length of 796 mm.

*The thread diameter of the gas spring must match the thread diameter of the end fittings.

As the force of the gas spring increases, the cylinder diameters also increase accordingly. In the following table, the required gas spring type can be determined based on the required force or length.
