Appropriate length selection


                 

 

K: Keep the cover in a position where it can remain open as much as possible.

L: If the shorter gas pressure spring is to be used at a point close to the hinge, the 10 percent surcharge on the R unit in the formula must be increased as follows

(L / desired length) x 10%)



Installation instructions:

•         To ensure optimal performance, the gas spring must be installed with the piston rod facing downwards.

•         The warning sign or serigraph should not be removed.

•         When checking the gas springs, the piston must be pointed downwards.

•         The piston rod should be protected from dust, paint and damage.

•         The gas spring should not be mechanical, modified or damaged.

•         Extension speed VS2: 0.1 – 0.3 (m / s)

•         Gas spring operating temperature range: -30°C to 80°C.
